Annual Feng Shui
For the Year of the Snake – 2013

All buildings are affected by energy both residential and commercial. We don’t see the movement of energy, but we certainly are affected by it. For example, we hear the music on our XM Radios, Ipods etc, but we don’t see the transmission of the energy flowing through the air.
Feng shui books explain how to arrange furniture and accessories in your home and office. We need to understand that Feng Shui affects more of our life than just moving a sofa. It will change our mood and our luck.
We refer to these energies as Flying Stars. We apply these Stars to access the best Feng Shui.
The Flying Star School of Feng Shui interprets how the house or building is affected by the energy of nearby planets that change their position over time. There are many schools of Feng Shui that a professional Feng Shui Consultant will use is assessing your property.
The information I provide is a summary of what anyone can do with limited knowledge of Feng Shui. Please be aware that if you are not familiar with the configuration of your home or office, based of the Eight Mansion Method of Feng Shui, it is best to contact a professional consultant. The Eight Mansion System is based on the principal that we are born with an energy signature that determines our favorable directions, which supports the occupants.
The Annual Stars have an impact on the Flying Stars determined by the year the building was built and the occupant began to reside in the building.
The Flying Stars change as of February 4, 2013 and continue until February 3, 2014.
This year, we are governed by the Snake with a Metal Element represented in the center of the Lo Shu Map as #6.
The Lo Shu Map has 9 sectors. The visiting Flying Stars are distributed to different sectors of the property, changing the influence of that sectors blueprint. There will always be four favorable and four unfavorable locations. That doesn’t mean that you can’t use those areas. It is just strongly suggested to remedy those areas that aren’t good for the year and enhance those locations that are.
